I eventually ended up solving the issue myself by following the advice of another disappointed customer on an audio forum who had experienced the same and was kind enough to guide me through the solution. I then discovered an almost non-existent (email only) customer support with approximately 3+ days between each message and no working suggestions offered after 2 weeks of back and forth. The software I purchased (Amplitube 5 MAX) was defective and would not load after authentication.
